Legal Consulting Services
Often when hiring a consultant, you are hiring a group of individuals with a specific flow of how the consulting should go. They come with a set plan that has been implemented in other firms. When hiring RJH Consulting, you get a dedicated team who creates a custom plan specific for your needs. We are not just your consultant, we are part of your team and an integral part of your success.
There are a few ways to get started with us. Because each firm is unique, the way we start our work together is custom as well.
Our in-house assessments are designed for us to get the “lay of the land” in your firm. This assessment is an in-depth overview of all departments, personnel, and infrastructure. It allows our team to really get to know you, your vision, and bring some light to issues often hidden under the surface.
Our consultants visit your office for two to three days to get an idea of how your firm operates, its staff and the vision or goals of each owner. Prior to our visit, we conduct telephone interviews, research, and request information pertaining to structure and growth of your firm.
Shortly after our visit, we prepare an analysis that identifies the bottlenecks in your organization along with recommends in each key area. Those recommendations are then prioritized into action items we feel will be of most value to your firm. We then hold a conference call with key personnel, usually firm owners or partners, to discuss the details and get a game plan for implementation.
You may choose to hire us to hold your team accountable and guide you on the issues identified during our visit. Or, you may choose to tackle them with your team.
Monthly Law Firm Consulting
Our monthly consulting is different than what most consulting companies do. Our team becomes an integral part of your success; therefore, we also need to become part of your team. That is just what we do!
Our monthly consulting consists of a scheduled weekly accountability call with key personnel where we address the issues previously identified. During these calls, we will discuss best practices, review processes and procedures, and dive into your financials so we can guide you in the right direction. These calls will result in homework over the next week for both you and our team. These action items more than likely need to be completed prior to the next call. This method is used to ensure traction as well as holding you and your team accountable.
Our team works at your pace, so we work as fast or as slow as you do. However, we do remind you what is at stake when the process is slowed and affecting the growth of your firm.
