I possess hands-on experience managing teams of 30+ employees, evaluating operational processes, leading projects, implementing software solutions, and developing training programs that support consistency, accountability, and growth.
My areas of expertise include legal software implementation and administration, workflow design and optimization, reporting and dashboard development, KPI monitoring, data analysis, and employee training and development.
