Our Story: Built From the Inside Out

RJH Consulting was born out of a simple observation: law firms are full of exceptionally talented attorneys who were never taught how to run a business. And because no one built them the operational infrastructure they needed, many of those firms stalled, burned through good staff, lost revenue they never saw, and plateaued well short of their potential.

Krystal Champlin-Gerage spent her early career inside those firms — watching the pattern repeat. She understood what was going wrong and, more importantly, how to fix it. She founded RJH Consulting to do for law firms what no one else was doing: embed deeply, diagnose honestly, and build the systems and leadership that create lasting change.

What started as a single-consultant practice has grown into a specialized team — each member chosen not just for their credentials, but for their firsthand experience operating inside law firms. Every consultant at RJH has lived the reality of legal operations. We don’t theorize. We build.
